These terms cover your use of the HaloStop website and apps. If you use HaloStop through a transportation company, your company’s agreement with HaloStop also applies, and your company decides who has access and what you can see.

Your account

• Keep your password and tablet PIN private, and tell your company right away if you think someone else has used them.
• Use only the access your company gave you, and only for your work or your child’s transportation.

Safe use while driving

Drivers must not use the app in a way that distracts them while the vehicle is moving. Follow your company’s rules and the law. Videos on the driver’s tablet pause while the vehicle moves; passenger screens are set up by your company.

Information you add

You are responsible for what you enter, such as forms, messages and photos. Don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything you don’t have the right to share.

Arrival times and locations

Bus locations and arrival times are estimates based on GPS and traffic and can be wrong or delayed. Always follow your school’s and transportation company’s instructions.

Payroll figures

Payroll calculations follow published federal and state tables. Your employer remains responsible for paying wages, depositing taxes and filing returns.

Availability

We work to keep HaloStop available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may update features over time.

Ending access

Your company can remove your access at any time. You can delete your account from the Account page as described in the privacy policy.
